Breaking: New "foggy" accusations against Kavanaugh

Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Ford, his accuser of sexual assault, are both scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday. Now, another accuser has emerged with "foggy" details of an alleged drunken sexual encounter with Kavanaugh.

From the day of Judge Kavanaugh's nomination, we have warned that the Left will not allow the Judge to be confirmed without an intense battle. Will you show your support for this stellar nominee?
If you agree that Brett Kavanaugh should be confirmed as the next Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, please click here to sign the "Confirm Kavanaugh" petition to be delivered later this week to key Senators.  See my message below — Mat.

All four of the witnesses named by Christine Ford in her claim of sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh have denied any knowledge of the incident.

Ford's longtime friend, Leland Keyser, released this statement through her attorney: "Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford."
Another named witness, Patrick J. Smyth, also hired an attorney to send a letter of denial to the Senate Judiciary Committee: "I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question, nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh."
Last week, Mark Judge, another named witness, also defended Brett Kavanaugh in a letter through his lawyer to Senate Judiciary Committee. Judge said Ford's allegation never happened: "It's just absolutely nuts. I never saw Brett act that way."

Of course, Judge Kavanaugh has categorically denied Ford's assertions.

+ + A new "foggy" accuser rises from the Democrat swamp...
As Christine Ford's allegations against Judge Kavanaugh are seemingly imploding, new "foggy" recollections have surfaced as recounted by a woman who claims to have had a drunken encounter with Kavanaugh.

As reported by the New Yorker, Debbie Ramirez described being "'on the floor, foggy and slurring her words' during a drunken dorm party" when Kavanaugh made an unwanted sexual advance toward her. Until recently, she had "'gaps in her memory'" of the alleged encounter that became clear after spending 6 days with her attorney. Ramirez, like Ford, holds anti-Trump views. She is also calling for the FBI to investigate.

In response, Judge Kavanaugh wrote, "This alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen. The people who knew me then know that this did not happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple. I look forward to testifying on Thursday about the truth, and defending my good name—and the reputation for character and integrity I have spent a lifetime building—against these last-minute allegations."
We will deliver our "Confirm Kavanaugh" petitions to key members of the Senate later this week. Click here to be included in the delivery. I believe that our support of Judge Kavanaugh is more vital now than ever.

+ + Kavanaugh "a person of integrity."

In denying the accusation that he was a witness to the Ford-Kavanaugh encounter, Patrick J. Smyth also included this in his letter to the committee, "Personally speaking, I have known Brett Kavanaugh since high school and I know him to be a person of integrity, a great friend, and I have never witnessed any improper conduct by Brett Kavanaugh towards women."

The Democrats and special interest groups have only one goal – to delay and eventually stop the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh.
The confirmation hearing needs to move forward, and this mockery of the system and disrespect of a good man must end. We cannot allow the Democrats to defeat Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation!
